This week I finally took the first step to contact the local Habitat for Humanity Chapter. They've put me on their email list and I can't wait to start participating. Their first activity is next weekend...I have a work function that may conflict but if I can't make it to that one I'm going to try for the next time I'm around :) Yeah for doing something good for someone else :)
