# 12 Reconnect with High School Friends (1 / 2)

I’ve recently gotten back in touch with one of my really great friends from high school. We’ve somewhat stayed in touch over the years but our long distance relationship have been sporadic at best. She still lives in St. Louis and I’ve been able to see her the last few times I’ve been back. She’s one of those people who my fellow middle/high school classmates and I didn’t really appreciate at the time. She’s absolutely amazing. Very intelligent, can carry a conversation with anyone about anything, funny, unique, and unaffected by the stereotypes around her. I may be “cheating” on this item a little since we’ve somewhat stayed in contact over the years but my recent appreciation for her friendship has motivated me to better tend to this relationship.
