Before I could start blogging about the first book that I'd completed, I started and finished the second book in the series. The series is The Ranger's Apprentice by John Flanagan. It's a mystical series that in my opinion is filling a gap that has been left after the Harry Potter series ended. Thus far I've completed Book 1: The Ruins of Gorlan and Book 2: The Burning Bridge and am currently working on Book 3: The Icebound Land. I'm not good at reviewing books (or movies for that matter) no I won't even try but I really like these, their quick reads and they definitely keep you engrossed the entire time :) Adventurous reading if you so choose.
