The Stardust in Alexandria, VA is great!!! It has an amazing atmosphere! I went with a bunch of people from work...and I know that we didn't eat there but I'm still counting this place. (It's MY list!!!!! ;) If you are ever in Alexandria I'd totally recommend it :) The drinks are great!!!
